1. Services
WorkMaster provides business coaching and consulting services, including but not limited to the C.A.S.H.™ System diagnostic sessions, group coaching, and digital resources.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of booking. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
3. Refund Policy
Our "Double-Down Guarantee" applies as described on our website:
- If you complete the 42-day program and free Double-Down support period without achieving any cash flow progress, you are entitled to a full refund
- Refund eligibility requires evidence of completing sessions and implementing the system
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of completing the support period
4. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and methodologies provided through our services (including the C.A.S.H.™ System, FOCUSER Framework, and related toolkits) are the intellectual property of WorkMaster/Kafs Group. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own business development.
5. Limitation of Liability
WorkMaster provides coaching and guidance based on our experience and expertise. However, business outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific financial results and are not liable for business decisions you make based on our coaching.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all information you share with us as confidential. We will not share your personal business information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
7. Governing Law
